Reporting to the Candidate and Partner Support Manager, the Team Leader will be responsible for all aspects of programme coordination from initial enquiry through onboarding, the delivery to post programme support as well as reporting to internal and external stakeholders

  • Efficient planning of the programme intakes
  • Contribution to the growth of the business by taking opportunities to improve systems and processes to reduce administration and delivery effective planning for new programmes
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Head of ITT & SEND Operations and the CAPS Manager to build and maintain strong working relationships with Programme Director, Programme Manager, the delivery workforce, and cross-functional teams including (but not limited to) Partnerships, Sales and Marketing.
  • Maintain oversight of day-to-day operational activities to ensure programme runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide strong leadership and clear direction to Programme Coordinators, ensuring consistency, accountability and high standards of performance.
  • Line manage Programme Coordinators, including oversight of job performance, achievement of KPIs, annual leave, absences and other personnel-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain professional, effective working relationships with customers, clients and relevant third-party stakeholders.
  • Provide operational support for administrative and logistical programme coordination.
  • Manage data accuracy and produce regular reports relating to recruitment targets, cross-sell opportunities, programme impact and trainee satisfaction.
  • Monitor the daily progress of applications and ensure timely movement through the recruitment pipeline.
  • Implement and follow through on the weekly application chase plan, including managing cut-off points.
  • Set up and manage Group CMS, ensuring accurate and timely configuration.
  • Allocate and assign groups appropriately in line with programme and workforce requirements.
  • Manage workforce purchase orders (POs) and contracts, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
  • Monitoring and following up on candidate event attendance
  • Any other ad hoc tasks/duties as required
