Eden Training Solutions is seeking a proactive Partnership Advisor to build and maintain strong relationships with employers, driving apprenticeship starts and promoting Eden Training Solutions. You’ll play a key role in maximising new business opportunities, reactivating dormant accounts, supporting new employer onboarding, and contributing to team targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective employers via cold calls, enquiries and email
  • Reactivate dormant employer accounts
  • Develop strong relationships with employers
  • Support employers with the set-up of their apprenticeship account and onboarding processes
  • Promote Eden’s products and services effectively
  • Attend team meetings and share best practice
  • Represent Eden positively with all stakeholders

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience managing and developing employer relationships

  • Able to meet strict deadlines and targets
  • Excellent digital and problem-solving skills
  • Organised, reliable, and honest

Other requirements

  • Full enhanced DBS check required
