Eden Training Solutions is seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Quality Manager to lead and enhance the quality of our provision.
You’ll manage IQA teams, drive high standards in teaching, assessment and learner progress, and ensure strong outcomes aligned to Ofsted expectations. Working closely with operations and leadership teams, you’ll embed a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employer-focused delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and develop IQAs to ensure consistent, high-quality assessment practice. Working with the Head of Operations to align delivery with organisational quality strategy and future capability needs Drive improvements in learner outcomes, including achievement, retention and EPA success, through data-led strategy and continuous improvement frameworks Oversee quality assurance processes, including standardisation, observations and QIP delivery, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and organisational goals Analyse and interpret performance data to identify risks, trends and opportunities, informing strategic decision-making and resource prioritisation Lead inspection readiness strategy, ensuring sustained compliance with apprenticeship standards and funding requirements, while embedding a culture of continuous readiness Shape and influence delivery team’s development strategy, ensuring high-quality, structured and impactful learning that meets current and future learner needs Own quality risk strategy, including complaints and safeguarding oversight, ensuring robust governance, early intervention and reputational protection Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including awarding bodies, to influence quality standards and share best practice What Success Looks Like

Essential:
Proven experience in apprenticeship quality assurance management, shaping and delivering quality strategy Strong knowledge of Ofsted expectations, standards and assessment requirements, applied to drive improvement and readiness Experience leading and developing high-performance teams (IQA or Delivery) Highly data-driven using insights to improve performance and manage risk Relevant IQA Qualification (or equivalent) Desirable:
Demonstrated senior leadership experience Experience working with awarding organisations and regulators Experience in engaging with funding bodies, regulators and governing organisations at a senior level Why Join?
