Fleet Education Services are part of the Supporting Education Group, helping learners access the education they need to succeed.
Our purpose is simple: Every learner thriving.
We work with schools, local authorities and families across the UK to provide tailored tuition and support for learners facing a range of challenges. We're a purpose-driven organisation that combines high standards, strong relationships and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for young people.

Joining us means being part of a team that makes a real difference every day.

Supporting Education Group is the UK’s leading education services platform, providing the expertise, technology and resources that help schools, trusts and education organisations deliver high‑quality education for all. Our SEND & Inclusion practice plays a vital role in this mission by supporting children and young people who need a more tailored approach to learning across mainstream, specialist and alternative provision settings. Through personalised tuition, targeted interventions, exam support and bespoke mentoring, we work to reduce barriers to learning, strengthen engagement and improve confidence, attendance and progress. Bringing together committed professionals and qualified SEND specialists, we ensure learners receive inclusive, high‑quality support that meets them where they are and helps them move forward positively.

We're always looking for great people to join us!

As part of our Delivery Team, you'll be responsible for managing tuition programmes from start to finish.

You'll work closely with schools, local authorities, parents and tutors to ensure every learner receives the right support at the right time.
No two days are the same. One moment you'll be speaking with a school leader about a new learner referral, the next you'll be finding the perfect tutor, troubleshooting an urgent placement issue, or reviewing programme progress with a client.

It's a fast-paced environment with plenty of moving parts, making it ideal for someone who likes to stay busy, thinks quickly and enjoys taking ownership.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of schools and local authority clients.
  • Designing and coordinating tuition programmes that meet learner needs.
  • Identifying, engaging and matching tutors to new opportunities.
  • Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and tutors.
  • Managing a high volume of activity across calls, emails and system workflows.
  • Acting as the main point of contact throughout programme delivery.
  • Spotting opportunities to expand and strengthen client partnerships.
  • Monitoring progress and ensuring excellent learner outcomes.
  • Working closely with colleagues across recruitment, safeguarding and business development.
  • Ensuring all activity meets safeguarding and compliance requirements.

Some jobs are about hitting targets.
Some jobs are about making a difference.
This role is both.

As a Tuition Consultant, you'll help schools and local authorities find the right support for children and young people who need it most. Every day you'll be matching exceptional tutors with learners whose education has been disrupted by illness, additional needs, exclusion, anxiety, or other challenges.
You'll need to be commercially minded, organised and able to juggle multiple priorities. You'll enjoy solving problems, managing relationships and working in a fast-moving environment.
But there's something else that makes people successful here.
You genuinely care about outcomes.
You believe every learner deserves the opportunity to thrive, and you'll be motivated by knowing that the decisions you make today can have a lasting impact on a young person's future.
If you're looking for a career where performance and purpose go hand in hand, we'd love to hear from you.
