We’re looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-led Sales Lead to accelerate our growth across schools, academies, and multi-academy trusts. You’ll take the lead in expanding existing accounts, unlocking new opportunities, and positioning Judicium as a trusted long-term partner.
Working closely with our Head of Sales, service experts, and marketing team, you’ll have the autonomy to shape your approach, build meaningful client relationships, and directly influence revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning and growing a portfolio of education clients - spotting opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and add real value.
- Driving new business by identifying and converting opportunities across the education sector.
- Building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers in schools and trusts.
- Representing Judicium at key industry events - getting in front of the right people and opening doors.
- Partnering with marketing to turn leads into lasting client relationships.
- Managing your pipeline like a pro - forecasting, reporting, and consistently delivering against targets.
- Collaborating with internal experts to craft tailored, compelling solutions.
- Leading on tenders and bids to win high-value opportunities.
- Staying ahead of sector trends so you can speak your clients’ language and anticipate their needs.
