We are looking for a passionate and motivated Early Years Tutor to support learners undertaking Early Years and Education qualifications. The successful candidate will deliver engaging training and coaching, helping learners develop their knowledge, skills and confidence throughout their programme.

The role involves delivering high-quality teaching and learner support through online sessions, monitoring learner progress and providing constructive feedback to support timely achievement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver engaging training sessions and learner support
  • Support learners to achieve timely completion of qualifications
  • Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records
  • Provide feedback on assignments and portfolio evidence
  • Build positive professional relationships with learners and employers
  • Adapt teaching and support to meet individual learner needs
  • Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion at all times

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience within Early Years, Education or Childcare who is passionate about supporting learners to succeed.

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and engage learners from a variety of backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant Early Years or Education experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and support learners
  • Up-to-date industry knowledge
  • Good IT skills and confidence using online learning platforms

Desirable:

  • Teaching or assessing qualification
  • Experience delivering apprenticeships or adult learning
  • Experience within Further Education or training environments
