£28,000 – £34,000 base salary (depending on experience) + £5k–£20k OTE
Based in Leeds City Centre | Office hours between 7:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE – and access to a car required.

• Building relationships – Connect with schools and educators, understand their needs, and match the right people to the right opportunities.
• Growing your network – Develop a strong candidate pipeline and expand your client base with expert guidance and support.
• Becoming a trusted advisor – Engage with school decision-makers and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
• Keeping up with education trends – Stay informed on what’s happening in the sector to provide market-leading insights.
