We’re looking for an experienced ER & Projects Specialist to deliver high‑quality, confident Employee Relations support across the business.

You’ll manage ER casework end‑to‑end from day‑to‑day matters to complex, high‑risk cases, while providing clear, pragmatic advice to managers and senior stakeholders. Alongside this, you’ll help shape policy, coach managers and People Hub colleagues, and contribute to wider people projects and change activity.

    This is a great opportunity to make a real impact, strengthen ER capability across the organisation, and help shape a consistent, people‑centred approach to ER.

    What you’ll bring

    • Strong experience managing complex ER casework and DSARs
    • Up‑to‑date UK employment law knowledge
    • Confidence coaching managers and influencing at all levels
    • A practical, data‑led approach to improving people outcomes
    • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
