Job Purpose
To support the successful delivery of SupplyBank client requirements by building, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with educators. The role focuses on attracting, retaining, and engaging high-quality educators to ensure client recruitment needs are met efficiently and effectively. Depending on the client portfolio, the position may support local, regional, or national delivery objectives.

Key Success Measures 
•    Fulfilment rate (consistently above 90%) 
•    Volume of educators onboarded online (weekly targets) 
•    Adequate educator supply for current, prospective and future demand  
•    Speed and quality of recruitment, including conversion from application to online  
•    Accurate administration, including bookings input and candidate record management 
 

Main Responsibilities:
Educator Sourcing

  • Creates and implements recruitment and attraction strategies tailored to geographical needs 
  • Proactively identifies educator shortages and design innovative, targeted sourcing solutions 
  • Builds a deep understanding of client demand, staffing patterns and educator gaps by working with Account Managers and reviewing relevant data  
  • Undertakes proactive educator attraction activities, including:  
  • High quality job adverts 
  • CV searching on major job boards 
  • Leveraging referrals 
  • Maintaining social media presence 
  • Building university and college partnerships
  • Attending careers fairs and open days 
  • Working alongside Account managers and offshore sourcing teams, generates a consistent pipeline of qualified educators for immediate and future roles.  
  • Assist in building and nurturing candidate relationships through networking and other channels. 
  • Stay informed of industry trends and market developments to enhance recruitment strategies. 

Educator Recruitment 
  • Proactively identify where there are educator shortages and implement effective recruitment and marketing plans to increase the number, type, and utilisation to have full coverage of assigned client.  
  • Working alongside offshore teams, manages the educator recruitment cycle from first contact to online onboarding.  
  • Conducts screening calls, interviews and suitability assessments.  
  • Maximises conversion rate from application → online educator → active educator.  
  • Act as a key link with offshore teams to ensure timely, compliant onboarding.  
  • Maintain high standards for recruitment quality, compliance accuracy, and turnaround speed.  
  • Provides expertise on recruitment and vetting processes and guide others when needed. 
     
Delivery and Fulfilment 
  • Responds to morning bookings (7am start) and partners with Account Managers to fulfil urgent and daily educator needs.  •    Source and place educators into long term and permanent roles.  
  • Ensures all bookings are accurately input into Evolve and Native systems.  
  • Monitors capacity and ensure adequate educator coverage in every allocated area.  
  • Works with Account Managers to identify the best educator match for each role.  
  • Keeps Account Managers informed of candidate progress and application pipeline. 


Educator Utilisation 
  • Ensures educators are placed frequently and appropriately to maximise availability and retention.  
  • Maintains oversight of online, pending and inactive educators and drive improved utilisation.  
  • Produces high quality educator CVs and profiles and update them regularly.
  • Contributes to daily team briefings to share educator availability, recruitment speed, utilisation data, and new applicant updates.  
Educator Management 
  • Ensures educators receive excellent onboarding and are well prepared for all placements, interviews and trial days. 
  • Maintains consistent contact and build meaningful relationships to support retention. 
  • Embeds the Educator Philosophy across all interactions. 
  • Promotes Educator CPD opportunities, the online educator portal, local partnerships, and branch events. 
Quality, Compliance & Safeguarding
  • Ensures that our Educator journey is as efficient as possible through your interactions and the VMS system.  
  • Works with the MVAM to ensure effective day to day delivery to the account for all recruitment activity.   
  • Ensure that the high-quality service provided to our clients and educators is upheld and always maintained.   
  • Effectively generate, analyse and be able to report on key data, statistics, and information about own performance   
  • Ensure all areas of the business are carried out in line with Company policies, procedures, quality standards and values.  
  • Ensure that the highest levels of safeguarding and child and vulnerable adult protection are maintained at all times in line with our Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection Policy and also in line with Keeping children safe in education national guidelines. 
  • Keeps up to date with legislation, industry developments and compliance standards.

Background & Experience
  • Background in education staffing sector is desirable 
  • Proven experience in educator acquisition, resourcing and educator engagement and ongoing relationship development.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.  
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication.
