Our Data Protection team plays a crucial role in supporting educational institutions - and now, we’re looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to help us make a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing administrative support to our expert data protection team - virtually and in person.

  • Managing incoming calls from schools and trusts, offering a helpful and professional service.

  • Organising calendars, booking audits, training, and client meetings via phone and email.

  • Keeping our CRM and client records up to date with key contract and compliance information.

  • Supporting our online training and compliance platforms, including updating contact details.

  • Maintaining accurate statistics and audit logs for internal reporting.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer-facing role.

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.

  • Great attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and Office 365.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.

  • Familiarity with CRM or records management systems (desirable, but full training provided).

  • A willingness to undertake training and grow within the role.
