The role will operate in the Professional Services Practice area of SEG, supporting the marketing of the Judicium Education, School Business Services, and Neo People Management brands, which help to alleviate school funding and workload challenges from pressure on school budgets.

Joining the Marketing team now is an exciting time as the company expands and develops vital professional services that support schools and academy trusts to excel.

About the Role:

Digital Marketing Executive – Compliance Services (Judicium Education)

We’re looking for a confident, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join the Professional Services marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and delivering impactful digital marketing campaigns that generate leads, grow brand awareness, and support our compliance services, including Health & Safety, Governance & Clerking, Data Protection, Safeguarding and SEND services.

You’ll lead multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, PPC, SEO, and our websites—balancing strong content with performance marketing techniques. This is a fantastic opportunity for a digitally savvy marketer who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.

You’ll work closely with Heads of Service, Sales and Partnerships teams, and external agencies, using platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, and CMS tools to measure impact and optimise results.

Main Duties:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

  • Manage SEO, PPC, and paid social activity, with a focus on performance and ROI.

  • Create engaging content for websites, email, and social channels.

  • Use HubSpot to track campaigns, report on MQLs and conversion metrics.

  • Support the delivery and promotion of weekly webinars and events.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign delivery.

  • Analyse and report on marketing performance monthly to inform strategy.

  • Stay up to date on education sector trends, competitor activity, and digital best practice.

Please note that this role can be remote or a hybrid role, based at one of our offices for one-two days per week. Our Head Office is in Bloomsbury, London.
The role is a Fixed Term Contract for 9 months to cover a maternity leave, however there may be the potential for this contract to be extended or made permanent based on business requirements.

About You:

You’re a confident and experienced digital marketer who combines creativity with an analytical mindset. With a strong track record in delivering performance-driven campaigns, you’re comfortable managing multiple channels and using data to inform decisions and drive growth.

You’ll bring:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on digital and performance marketing

  • Proven ability to manage SEO and PPC campaigns (including Google Ads), social media, email marketing, and website content

  • Experience using CMS, CRM, and email platforms (HubSpot preferred), as well as analytics tools to measure and report on performance

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write compelling, engaging content

  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

  • Confidence using design and planning tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Monday.com

You’re proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently, with a genuine interest in supporting schools and education. You’re excited to make an impact and play a key role in a growing, fast-paced marketing team.

If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy juggling multiple campaigns, and are excited about supporting schools and MATs with essential services, we’d love to hear from you.

Our Benefits:

  • 28 days holiday and get an extra day for each year you stay with us, up to max 33 days PLUS bank holidays.

  • We pay for a Healthcare Plan once you’ve passed probation, which includes access to a private GP.

  • From day 1, free life insurance covering up to x4 your salary.

  • We’ll both add money into your pension pot after 3 months.

  • Get 25% off online learning resources for year 1 to GCSE with EdPlace.

  • Choose what flexible benefits you want after you’ve passed probation – this could be buying extra holiday, dental, topping up your healthcare plan, bikes, gym membership, electric cars and give as you earn.

  • Learning and development opportunities.

By joining Supporting Education Group, you will become part of a community that is dedicated to transforming lives and sustaining communities, where your voice is heard, your ideas are valued, and your individuality is celebrated. Together, we will continue to advance our passion for education and build brighter futures for all.
