We are seeking a forward-thinking and creative Customer Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment business operations and a deep understanding of Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) models. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing new solutions that meet the unique needs of our education sector clients, with a particular focus on commercial modelling, customer interaction, and product and contract definition. As part of a new team, this role requires a self-starter with growth mindset, plus the initiative to identify opportunities and design solutions autonomously or as part of a team.
 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Design and implement commercial models and pricing strategies that align with client needs and market trends.
  • Lead customer interactions to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Define and negotiate contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly outlined and agreed upon.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure solutions meet client expectations and industry standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the recruitment and education sectors.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working in a recruitment business, with a strong understanding of MSP or RPO models.
  • Strong commercial mindset and proficiency in data analysis and Excel skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client and internal relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the education sector is a plus.

  • Proficiency in solution architecture and design.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
