About the Role

As our Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping and promoting our services and profile under the SEG brand. Supporting the Growth Marketing Director and working with a range of stakeholders across SEG, this is a faced paced and varied role. We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is willing to get stuck in, understand our customers problems and how we can solve them.  

Responsibilities

  • Developing, launching and managing muti-channel campaigns under the Supporting Education Group brand to generate more leads and sales.
  • Working with key stakeholders to drive projects that build brand awareness and drive growth across our extensive range of programmes and services. 
  • Identify and build value propositions that combine SEG programmes and services from more than one business to generate more leads and sales.
  • Expanding SEG’s social media presence by creating and delivering engaging, high-quality content that drives audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Creating and coordinating our presence and profile at key education sector conferences and events.
  • Support our businesses to utilise available channels such as websites, HubSpot, PPC, email campaigns, events and PR to reach our target audience generating more leads and sales.
  • Analysing marketing performance and making recommendations for improvements and enhancements
  • Define and develop customer journeys, using automation to enhance these with regular reviews to demonstrate success.
  • Developing, supporting and amplifying communications from multiple businesses on a regular basis, tracking the effectiveness and ROI to demonstrate success.

 

About You
  • A strong communicator with a passion for education and growth marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At Least 2 years’ experience in a similar in-house marketing role, as a marketing exec or brand lead.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or transferable skills/exp.
  • Demonstrable experience within a full mixed marketing role.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to develop trust-based relationships with multiple stakeholders and lead cross-business projects to deliver results.
  • An innovative eye, to combine products and services and build new value propositions, test them, and scale them. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently under tight deadlines.
  • Commercially minded with a drive to bring new ideas across the group, test new tactics and continuously improve our approach to marketing & communications.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation capabilities, coupled with the ability to simultaneously guide various projects.
