The Impact You'll Make
As our Technology Support Engineer, you’ll be at the front line of delivering reliable, friendly, and effective IT support that helps colleagues across our group work seamlessly. You’ll help resolve a wide range of technical issues, enhance service delivery in partnership with our outsourced helpdesk, and play an active role in improving systems and support processes. Your work will make a real difference to the people who support our mission of transforming lives through education.

What You Can Offer
  • Proven experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role, ideally in a distributed or multi-site setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and endpoint support
  • Experience with ticketing systems and service desk operations
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, basic networking, and user management
  • Exposure to Azure, Intune, or other cloud technologies
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Our Benefits:
  • Whilst we work in a hybrid way, with collaboration being one of our values, we’d expect you to regularly be in our Holborn office, at least three days per week
  • 28 days holiday and get an extra day for each year you stay with us, up to max 33 days PLUS bank holidays
