We have 80+ branches across England & Wales and are the first-choice agency for over 12,000 job seekers.

We match talented educators with schools and whether it is finding the best teaching assistant to support literacy or a maths teacher to deliver curriculum continuity for a group of GCSE maths pupils, our teams go home at night knowing they have played a part in the education of thousands of pupils and in the careers of countless educators.
We are on an exciting journey of growth and we are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our Bristol team.

The Role

Your role is to attract the best teachers and teaching assistants to provide our schools with the right staff for them. This means marketing, advertising, interviewing, meeting SLT, building relationships, negotiating, working towards deadlines and target, business development and more. You will be working exclusively with SEN schools across Bristol and the surrounding areas
What we are looking for

Having a good understanding of education is advantageous but not essential. The education market can be learnt but the art of communication, the hunger to achieve challenging targets, building relationships and having a keen eye for a quality candidate are far more important. Essentially, this is a recruitment and business development role. You will need to have a great work ethic, be determined and resilient as you will be part of a very competitive and successful market.

Benefits for you

Recruitment is known for high turnover but we couldn't be any different. We are so diligent of whom we take on and make sure you get the best training from our Learning and Development team. Because of this we retain our staff and have made exciting careers for many. You will form part of the Bristol team and report to your line manager as well as being part of a vibrant office. Furthermore, you will be given all the tools to work from home, including laptop, desktop and communication software when needed and each year we celebrate our successes with a company-wide summer and Christmas Party.

If you are interested or want to find out more, please get in touch immediately. I look forward to hearing from you.
