We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional eLearning coordinator to join our eLearning team. The successful candidate will be working closely with multiple departments and will have exposure to all programmes that Best Practice Network provide.

Main Duties

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide first line support for enquiries via phone, tickets and live chats. Supporting participants, associates and head office colleagues.
  • Be an expert in at least one of our core programmes.
  • Preparing for programme intake launches by collaborating with stakeholders and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Providing technical support for ad hoc zoom meeting and webinars, as well as editing recordings to meet GDPR legislations.
  • Work on strategic projects throughout the academic year

    Personal Specification

    • Experience of working in a customer service and/or administrative role is essential, education or IT experience desirable.
    • Reliable and hardworking with excellent customer service manner, both written and spoken
    • Be highly IT competent.
    • Be an active problem solver and a quick learner.
    • Resilient under pressure – able to remain focused in the face of multiple competing priorities and ensure key deadlines.
    • High degree of personal pride in own and company work, constantly striving to improve.
