Programme Co-ordinator is an integral part of the provision of high-quality programmes through effective and efficient support, customer service, engagement and coordination services to all sub-teams within the Candidate Support Team. Assistant Programme Coordinators will work closely with their team and the Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Finance teams to ensure an outstanding end-to-end experience for participants. Cross-team collaboration is encouraged.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Answer emails, phone calls and live chat/following up customer enquiries
- Produce documents, emails, reports etc
- Providing support to the team when processing applications
- Managing data bases and carrying out data entry, quality checks and investigating any discrepancies or missing data and rectifying this
- Support with event management including logistics
- Attending events to provide support to delivery team where appropriate
- Sending out communications to customers regarding their qualification via a variety of methods (email, SMS Text etc)
- Production of associate contracts and PO Numbers
- Programme engagement spot checks and providing a summary to coordinators of any concerns with engagement
- Resource / material branding (including creating, printing and issuing resource packs)
- Any other administrative support requirements to the Candidate Support Team as directed/any other duties as may be required
