The Impact You'll Make
As Group Business Development Director, you’ll take a lead on identifying and driving strategic growth opportunities that involve more than one SEG service.
While each business area drives its own organic growth, we work across the group and under the SEG brand on integrated propositions for large school groups, cross-sales and referrals schemes, marketing amplification, strategic government bids and key account relationships.
You will lead with influence internally and externally. Bringing together teams across our Staffing, Services, Qualifications, and Learning divisions, you’ll shape innovative strategic solutions for clients. You will elevate our Group brand and help us achieve our mission of transforming more lives through education.
We are flexible on location. Your work will be a true mix of home, office, client sites, external events, and meeting government, school groups and partner organisations.
