Main Duties
To carry out the leadership and operational management to ensure a highly effective experience for the delivery of Leaders Apprenticeship with NPQ programmes while maintaining data quality, compliance, and funding adherence. Utilise data analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and ensure learners follow individualised pathways to maximise their potential and progress towards timely success.
Objectives of this role
Work with Apprenticeship Performance Coaches (APCs) and IQA to achieve operational excellence, meeting and exceeding KPIs, track and monitor the learner progress to ensure the timely completion of all elements of the apprenticeship programmes including additional learning support.
Ensure the delivery of apprenticeship programmes adheres to regulations from bodies such as Ofsted and DfE, whilst meeting learner/apprentice and client expectations.
Use Bud/CCMS data to identify trends, potential actions, and anticipated funding audit risks, providing regular analysis reports to leadership.
Support the operational activities of APCs and related team members to ensure contractual targets and objectives are met in terms of timely success rates, non-starters, referrals and progressions.
Supporting and driving to continuously improve NPS scores from learner/apprentice and employer feedback.
Maintain strong data quality standards, ensuring compliance with funding rules and identifying optimisation opportunities.
Develop, implement, and maintain protocols for all required metrics and data, to be available and up to date every working day, utilising all available information from both internal and external systems and platforms.
Ensure staff members are trained and kept up to date in compliance and relevant Ofsted and funding regulations.
Supporting business growth; working alongside the sales department to maximise new business sales and learner recruitment.
Track to ensure all learners achieve their apprenticeships in a timely manner including gateway preparation and End Point Assessment arrangements.
Job Responsibilities

Data and Compliance Management
|
Use Bud/CCMS data to identify trends, potential actions, and anticipated funding audit risks.
|
Triage issues and identify required support levels, sharing concerns with relevant team members (IQA/QM/LF/APCM).
|
Focus on data quality, compliance, and funding adherence while monitoring trends and identifying at-risk participants.
|
Recommend interventions and escalate severe issues when necessary.
|
Support Finance and Apps teams to improve data locks and overall system integrity.
|
Support audit and Ofsted visits with detailed knowledge and demonstrations of data, processes and systems.
|
Check all BIL/Withdrawals for compliance before processing and ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements.
|
Address under performance and implement corrective methods following HR processes and procedures
|
Maintain accurate records for external audits and coordinate with other team members on compliance issues.
|
Teaching, Learning and Assessment
|
Support the monitoring of high levels of learner engagement/attendance in all activities and tracking of individual learner progress.
|
Assist with monitoring safeguarding and wellbeing checks as appropriate, to ensure they are current and maintained.
|
Support the monitoring of functional skills delivery (if required) to ensure learners continuously develop their English and maths skills.
|
Maintain records and deliver reports as required by the SLT including those from Bud as required
|
Programme Support and Management
|
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve tools, systems and reporting.
|
Work closely with the Finance teams to ensure all compliance objectives are met and all funding received in a timely period.
|
Supply information to Learners and employers to support apprenticeship programmes
|
Circulate potential actions with Lead Facilitator and Quality Manager to address operational challenges.
|
Quality Management
|
Support Lead Facilitator and NPQ Director to prepare termly reports, input into departmental planning
|
Ensure and maintain standards and quality by engaging with and using BPN quality systems.
|
Ensure effective team meetings are held to standardise practice, share information and good practice, and plan and implement improvements in collaboration with the Lead Facilitator and Quality Manager.
|
Contribute to the evaluation of LAwNs procedures to enhance the learner experience and support Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
|
Be responsible for the programme performance against key performance indicator (KPI) measures reporting any issues to the Quality Team
|
Continuous Professional Development
|
Participate in staff development activities to support Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and keep a Professional Development Portfolio (PDP) to evidence personal development and impact on practice.
|
Actively participate in BPN performance management processes, including appraisals to support personal and professional development and enhance learner experience.

Administration
|
Assist with all relevant documentation to progress apprentices, measure intent, implication and impact and share information
|
Maintain documentation that records the progress of learners on programme against specified targets

Ensure all safeguarding policies and procedures are followed

Work to ensure health and safety is always maintained for all
|
Any other duties connected with the post as are reasonably required from time to time
