Our Safeguarding Service team is collaborative, proactive, and committed to delivering a trusted, responsive service to schools across the education sector.

Judicium Education is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Safeguarding and SEND Administrator to join our Safeguarding Service on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave.

This is a part-time opportunity and would suit someone with strong administrative skills who is passionate about supporting schools and making a positive impact within education.

About the Role:

As Safeguarding and SEND Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative and customer support to our safeguarding and SEND clients and consultants. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the service, acting as a first point of contact for many client enquiries.

You’ll be organised, detail-focused, confident using online systems, and committed to delivering an excellent client experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Service & Communication:

  • Act as a first point of contact for client calls, emails, and video enquiries, responding in a friendly, professional, and supportive manner.

  • Field and allocate client enquiries appropriately, ensuring responses are provided within 48 hours.

  • Address client feedback and complaints, maintaining oversight to support future client liaison and service improvement.

  • Develop strong, effective relationships with safeguarding and SEND clients through reliability, knowledge, and responsiveness.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Safeguarding and SEND team to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Manage shared inboxes, allocating emails to consultants and responding to straightforward enquiries.

  • Ensure all client documents and requested materials are sent promptly.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and contact details across Judicium databases and systems.

  • Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring all systems set-up and communications are completed effectively.

Training, Systems & Platforms:

  • Administer online live training, including managing client lists, invoices, and certificates using Judicium’s CRM and Zoom platforms.

  • Manage administration for all training courses delivered by Judicium.

  • Administer and maintain online platforms such as JEDU, responding to client queries and issues.

  • Navigate multiple online platforms confidently to support the effective delivery of the service.

Content, Communications & Collaboration:

  • Administer the weekly safeguarding newsletter and maintain the mailing list.

  • Support with proof-reading documents and content where required.

  • Assist with the administration of social media posts.

  • Work collaboratively with administrative colleagues across Judicium to support joined-up, efficient working.

  • Confidently use a range of digital systems and online platforms.

  • Prioritise workload effectively in a busy, client-facing environment.

  • Contribute positively to team objectives and the continued growth of the Safeguarding and SEND service.

  • Set personal development objectives and engage in regular performance reviews.
