About Us:

Judicium Education was founded over 20 years ago to help schools navigate an increasingly complex education landscape. We exist to make high-quality, practical legal and professional support accessible and affordable for schools and academies—always with people at the heart of what we do.

We deliver six integrated core services, including Health & Safety, Governance, Data Protection, HR & Employment Law, Safeguarding and SEND Support, providing schools with wraparound support.

Judicium Education is part of the Supporting Education Group, a leading provider of education services, including a suite of professional services businesses dedicated to improving outcomes across education. Alongside Neo People Management and School Business Services, we work collaboratively to support MATs and schools nationwide.

With an entrepreneurial culture and a strong focus on relationships, we support over 2,500 schools across more than 70 local authorities. As we continue to grow, marketing plays a key role in how we tell our story, strengthen our brand, and extend our impact across the education sector.

About the Role:

Digital Marketing Executive – Compliance Services (Judicium Education)

We’re looking for a confident, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join the Professional Services marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and delivering impactful digital marketing campaigns that generate leads, grow brand awareness, and support our compliance services, including Health & Safety, Governance & Clerking, Data Protection, Safeguarding and SEND services.

You’ll lead multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, PPC, SEO, and our websites—balancing strong content with performance marketing techniques. This is a fantastic opportunity for a digitally savvy marketer who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.

You’ll work closely with Heads of Service, Sales and Partnerships teams, and external agencies, using platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, and CMS tools to measure impact and optimise results.

Main Duties:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

  • Manage SEO, PPC, and paid social activity, with a focus on performance and ROI.

  • Create engaging content for websites, email, and social channels.

  • Use HubSpot to track campaigns, report on MQLs and conversion metrics.

  • Support the delivery and promotion of weekly webinars and events.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign delivery.

  • Analyse and report on marketing performance monthly to inform strategy.

  • Stay up to date on education sector trends, competitor activity, and digital best practice.

Please note that this role can be remote or a hybrid role, based at one of our offices for one-two days per week. Our Head Office is in Bloomsbury, London. The role is a Permanent Contract.

About You:

You’re a confident and experienced digital marketer who combines creativity with an analytical mindset. With a strong track record in delivering performance-driven campaigns, you’re comfortable managing multiple channels and using data to inform decisions and drive growth.

You’ll bring:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on digital and performance marketing

  • Proven ability to manage SEO and PPC campaigns (including Google Ads), social media, email marketing, and website content

  • Experience using CMS, CRM, and email platforms (HubSpot preferred), as well as analytics tools to measure and report on performance

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write compelling, engaging content

  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

  • Confidence using design and planning tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Monday.com

You’re proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently, with a genuine interest in supporting schools and education. You’re excited to make an impact and play a key role in a growing, fast-paced marketing team.

If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy juggling multiple campaigns, and are excited about supporting schools and MATs with essential services, we’d love to hear from you.

Our Benefits:

At Judicium Education, we are committed to creating an inclusive, supportive and flexible working environment.

We offer:

  • 36 days annual leave (28 + 8 bank holidays), plus one additional day per year of service (up to 5 extra)

  • Hybrid or fully remote working available nationwide

  • Learning & Development opportunities to support your career progression

  • A flexible benefits package, including a Healthcare Scheme and the option to purchase additional annual leave
