About the Role:
This is a newly created role with real ownership and commercial impact.
As Consultancy Sales Lead, you’ll be responsible for building and converting a pipeline of HR and Employment Law consultancy opportunities - focusing on ad hoc, project-based work rather than traditional retained or subscription models.
Working closely with our HR operational teams, you’ll identify where our expertise can solve client problems, shape compelling consultancy propositions, and convert opportunities into revenue. You’ll own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation through to deal close, and the role will offer strong earning potential for a high-performing sales professional.
Key responsibilities include:
Sales & Revenue Delivery:

Managing the full sales lifecycle for HR consultancy services.

Achieving approximately £1m in annual consultancy revenue.

Proactively generating leads through outreach, networking, referrals and targeted campaigns.

Creating proposals, quotes and commercial documentation.

Closing one-off and short-term consultancy opportunities.
Collaboration with HR Operations:

Working closely with HR subject matter experts and operational leads to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Turning delivery insight and client need into clear, commercial propositions.

Understanding “what sells best” and helping shape mini-campaigns around high-value services.
Marketing, Campaigns & Lead Generation:

Partnering with Marketing on campaigns, webinars, thought leadership and outreach activity.

Representing Judicium at networking events, conferences and industry forums.

Raising Judicium’s profile as a credible, cost-effective alternative to legal firms.
Proposition Development & Market Insight
Reporting & CRM

Maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline reporting (Salesforce).

Tracking KPIs and providing regular sales performance updates.
This is a “hunter” role rather than account management - focused on winning new consultancy work, spotting opportunity, and closing deals.
