We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across our qualification and training sector. This role will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality talent while supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle, as regular travel across England will be required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment advice
  • Create and post job adverts across appropriate platforms
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and direct search methods
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview processes
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ATS data
  • Promote the company’s employer brand and values
  • Support recruitment projects and hiring initiatives as required
  • Travel to UK sites to support local recruitment needs

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in an internal or agency recruitment role
  • Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car and willingness to travel across England
  • Right to work in the UK

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience recruiting across multiple job functions
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of UK employment and recruitment best practices
  • Be reliable, hardworking and professional 
  • Have proven customer service-related experience 
  • Possess an excellent customer service manner, both written and spoken 
  • Have the ability to organise, plan and prioritise time and tasks effectively 
  • Work well under pressure with the ability to deal with issues as they arise 
  • Be highly competent using MS Office and Teams 
  • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Highly numerate and literate 
  • Creative, innovative and able to solve problems
