Within our Leeds office we have 3 highly successful teams across Primary, Secondary and Special Needs and we are now investing and looking to recruit a number of consultants/senior consultants to assist in the growth of our Primary and Secondary teams. The Role
Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant at Protocol Education, you bring schools and educators together, towards a better education experience for pupils. We are looking for Recruiters who would like to be our next future leaders, as long as you can bring your energy and willingness to to the table. You will join a thriving team covering a specialist sector and will be responsible for building your candidate pool and school base across a local area – and we will be right there, supporting and cheering you on.
- Permanent, full time position 7am-4.15pm/9.15am-6.30pm (5.30pn finish on a Friday) Combination of the two shifts across a two week rota
- Reduced working hours during school holidays 9am-4pm
- Hybrid approach with a blend of office and working from home. Minimum of 3 days in the office
- Ability to drive/currently undertaking driving lessons - access to a car once a week

- Proactively build and develop your own candidate database and match them to the right roles (permanent or temporary)
- Maintain that all-important personal touch through regular face-to-face client visits, high impact sales conversations and ongoing engagement with key decision makers
- Engage in whole school and educator challenges and issues and create solutions to benefit both
- Meet and exceed agreed targets and objectives
