Are you an experienced Resourcer in recruitment looking for a change?  If so, we have the ideal opportunity for you.

This role is based in our Leeds City Centre office and you will be working across our 3 branches Primary. Secondary and Special Needs.

As a Candidate Consultant you will be part of our successful driven teams that connect the best teaching and support staff with schools.
You will provide support to our consultants and provide excellent service to our educators and clients.

As a Candidate Consultant you will:
  • Co-ordinate the registration of our educators and monitor completion of candidate files (making sure we have the necessary documentation).
  • Develop and manage a candidate pool of prospective Teachers/support Workers who are interested in working in Primary, Secondary and SEND schools
  • Work with the consultants sourcing new candidates through advertising, working with universities and colleges, word of mouth, then marketing the candidates to the consultants for placement in both long term and short- term work.
  • To be able to work in a busy sales environment, to perform under pressure and be able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Work with Universities and Colleges presenting to graduates about Protocol Education and how we can help the graduates.
  • Run CPD courses in branch to our candidates.
  • Attend meetings with consultants to their clients to gain an understanding of their needs in schools.

  • Enjoy teamwork and are able to demonstrate autonomy and initiative
